Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients

  • ground beef      -1 pound 
  • chopped onion-1/4 cup 
  •  salt                                   -1/2 teaspoon
  •  divided                             -1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • medium pasta shells,
  •  cooked ,and drained        -1 pound
  • skim mozzarella cheese, divided-4 cups shredded part 
  • lightly beaten                      -2 large eggs, 
  •  grated Parmesan cheese  -1/3 cup
  •  dried parsley flakes            -2 tablespoons
  • pasta sauce                         -1 jar (24 ounces)

  1. In an enormous skillet, cook hamburger and onion over medium intensity until meat is at this point not pink, breaking meat into disintegrates; channel. Sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; put away.
  2. In an enormous bowl, join the pasta, 3 cups mozzarella cheddar, curds, eggs, Parmesan cheddar, parsley and remaining pepper. Move to a lubed shallow 3-qt. or then again 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with hamburger combination and spaghetti sauce (dish will be full).
  3. Cover and heat at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with residual mozzarella cheddar. Heat, uncovered, until effervescent and cheddar is softened, 15 minutes longer. Let represent 10 minutes prior to serve

You can freeze Lasagna Casserole.

Sprinkle casserole with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.
