Ingredients

  •  Papaya-- 500 grams 
  • Sugar   -- 1 bowl 
  • Milk    --2 glasses
  • ice cubes-- 8-10 Cashews,
  • almonds, pistachios (for garnishing)

Method 

  • First of all, cut the papaya into two parts and clean its seeds and nets.
  • Now remove the top peel with a knife and cut the papaya into small pieces, so that it can be easily grinded in the mixer. 
  • Now put the papaya pieces in the mixer jar, add a bowl of sugar and a glass of milk and stir the mixer for 1 minute. (How to make mango juice) 
  • Mix well after stirring for 1 minute.
  •  After stirring the mixture for 1 minute, the pulp would be well prepared. If the pulp is not ready, rotate the mixer once again and prepare the pulp.
  • Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes and keep stirring the mixer for 2 minutes.
  • Papaya shake is ready to serve.
