  • 4 glasses of shake 
  • Ripe mango - 1
  • Milk - 1 cup 
  • Sugar - 2 to 3 tsp 
  • Ice cubes - 1 small tray

Method - How to make Mango Shake Recipe

  • Boil the milk and cool it. 
  • Wash and peel the mangoes, cut the mango pulp into pieces.
  •  Put the mango pieces in the mixer jar. 
  • Also grind the pulp well by adding sugar and a little milk.
  •  Put the remaining milk and ice cubes in the mixer jar and beat it once again.
  • Tasty mango shake is ready. 
  • Pour the mango shake in a glass and give the chilled Mango Shake to the children and you can also drink it. 
  • Drink a scoop of mango ice cream or vanilla ice cream in a mango shake, the mango shake looks even more delicious.

Notes

For mangoes, take such mangoes which do not have fibers. We have taken white mangoes. If there are too many mangoes, you cannot use them now, then peel the mangoes, cut the pulp into pieces, add 2 table spoons of sugar, put it in the jar of the mixer and grind it. Fill the pulp in an air tight container and keep it in the freezer, take out the pulp from the freezer anytime for 2-3 months and prepare shake or syrup from the frozen pulp.
