Essential Ingredients 

  •  Pineapple - 1 
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • sugar - as per taste 
  • Dry fruits - Walnuts, almonds, pistachios chopped into small  pieces

 How to make pineapple shake 

  • First of all heat the milk in a vessel till it comes to a boil,
  • After some time slow down the flame, after that leave the milk to cook. 
  • When the milk is reduced to half,
  • Turn off the gas and keep the milk to cool.
  •  After this, cut the pine apple round and remove the peel.
  • After this, cut the pine apple into small pieces, 
  • cut the dry fruits into fine pieces, 
  • After that put the pineapple pieces in a mixer jar and prepare the juice.
  • Take out the prepared juice in a bowl, 
  • filter the pineapple juice in a mixer jar, 
  • After that grind the rest of the ingredients like cardamom powder, 
  • sugar, dry fruits and milk in a mixer.Pineapple shake is ready, cool it by keeping it in the fridge and serve it in a glass.  
  • Garnish with dry fruits.and Serve
