Chinese-Egg Fried Rice

Material : 

  • Cooked Rice: 1 bow
  • l egg 2 Oil
  •  Onions: 2
  • Green chili: 2 
  • Spring onions: 1/2 bowl 
  • Soya Sauce: 2 tbsp 
  • Salt: as per taste 
  • Biryani Masala

Method :

Step-By-Step 

  • Step 1 First of all cut the onion and chilies thinly.
  • Step 2 And now put a pan on the gas to get hot and put a little oil in it and break both the eggs.
  • Step 3. Then add a little chili onion and salt over it and mix.Step 4. And break it well and fry it
  • Step 5. And take it out in a plate and again put some oil in the same pan. Step 6. And add chopped onion to it and fry it for 3-4 seconds.
  • Step 7. Then put the cooked rice in it and add soya sauce and biryani masala and mix it.
  • Step 8. Now add fried egg, green onion, green chili and salt to it, mix it and cook it on medium heat 2 minutes.
  • Step 9.And now our hot egg fried rice is ready.
