Ingredients

TO PREPARE MANCHURIAN BALL 
  • Cabbage Manchurian recipe 400 gm fine chopped cabbage 
  • 1 piece fine chopped capsicum 
  • 2 piece fined chopped carrot 
  • 2 piece chopped green chili 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 
  • Salt To Taste 
  • 1 pinch orange red food color 
  • 1 tsp soya sauce 
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 6 tbsp all purpose flour 
  • 4 tbsp cornflour 
  • Oil for Frying
PREPARE GRAVY FOR MANCHURIAN 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup 
  • 2 tbsp red chili sauce 
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar 
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 6 piece chopped garlic cloves 
  • 1 piece chopped onion 
  • 2 piece green chilli
  • 2 inch grated ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper 
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
  • 1 tbsp capsicum chopped 
  • 1 cup water

Step 1 To make Veg Manchurian, first of all, we will put 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste in 400 grams of cabbage or cabbage.

Step 2. After this, add half a teaspoon black pepper powder, 2 fine green chilies, salt as per taste to these vegetables and mix them well with the help of a spoon.Tip: If a lot of water is coming out while grating carrots and cabbage, then separate 2 to 3 spoons of water before adding it to the rest of the ingredients. Manchurian don't get offended by doing this.

Step 3: After mixing all the vegetables well, add a pinch of red eating color to 1 tsp soy sauce and add color to the ingredients. As you can also see in the photo.


Step 4: In the next step, we will add 6 tbsp all purpose flour and 4 tbsp cornflour and mix it with our hands. By doing this Manchurian ball is made better.

Tip When you are making Manchurian balls by mixing all ingredients and the vegetables start sprinkling from the sides, then add some flour and cornflour. With this your Manchurian will be set well.
 Step 5. In the next step, we will make Manchurian balls. For this, first of all we will apply oil or refined in our hands. After this, we will make Manchurian balls according to our choice. As you can see in the photo.



Step 7. Now we will cook Manchurian balls for 2-2 minutes from both the sides. That is, after cooking on both sides for five minutes, we will separate the Manchurian balls from the oil. As you can see in the photo.
Tip: If you want to make Manchurian gravy less than the number of balls you have made, then you can use the remaining Manchurian by keeping it in the fridge for three to four days. Whenever you feel like, you can enjoy delicious Manchurian balls by making our mentioned Manchurian gravy.

Step 8. Now till our Manchurian gets cold, till then we make gravy of Manchurian. For this, first of all we take one tablespoon cornflour in a bowl,



Step 9. Tablespoon Red Chili Sauce, 2 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce, 1 Pinch Food Color (Food color is optional, it is added only to give better color to the gravy. If you do not want to add it, you can also avoid it) put it.

Step 10. After adding all the sausages, put half a teaspoon of black pepper in the same bowl, salt as per taste (all sausages already have a name. That's why you should add less salt as per taste)Step 11. After adding the spices, we will add one tablespoon vinegar, half teaspoon half sugar and a little water in the bowl and mix all the ingredients with a spoon until the cornflour is mixed well.



Step 12. When all your ingredients mix well, then add 5 to 6 spoons of water and mix again.

Step 13. Now it is the turn to make Manchurian gravy, for this you will put a pen on the gas and add 2 spoons of oil and make the flame high.

Step 14. After the oil becomes hot, you will add 6 to 7 finely chopped garlic buds, 2 chopped chilies and one inch piece of ginger and fry them till they fall asleep.

Step 15. When our tempering becomes soft, then we will add a finely chopped onion and garlic onion paste and fry it

Step 16. Along with this, put 1 tablespoon chopped capsicum or cabbage in the pan and let it sleep for 1 minute. Keep in mind that we have to cook onion and capsicum only till 60 to 70 percent. Because the vegetables in Chinese gravy remain half-fried and by doing this, the test increases even more.

Step 17. After 1 minute, we will put 1 cup of water and our prepared sauce in the pan. At this position, we have to keep the gas flame high.



Step 18. Now as you keep cooking the gravy, it will become thick. Now add water according to the gravy you want to keep here. If you want to keep normal pride, then you just add one cup of water.

Step 19. After cooking for 2 minutes, our gravy is ready, now we will turn off the gas flame and after adding 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and Manchurian balls, wait for 5 minutes and take your wonderful Manchurian balls are ready.
 But keep in mind that when you serve Manchurian to eat, put Manchurian balls in gravy only five minutes before that.
