Ingredients of Masala Oats 

  • 1 cup oats 
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped 
  • 1 medium onion, 
  • finely chopped 1 medium tomato, 
  • finely chopped 1/4 cup beans 
  • 1/4 cup carrot 
  • 1/4 cup peas 
  • 1 tsp ginger, 
  • finely chopped 1 tsp cumin
  • To taste Red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Method for Masala Oats 

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, ginger and chopped onions to it. 
2. Fry peas along with onions. When peas and onions start to turn light pink, add tomatoes to it. 
3. Fry tomatoes for two minutes and add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric and salt to it. 
4. Now add oats to it and mix it in the spices. Add water and let it cook by closing the lid. 
5. After five to seven minutes, remove the lid and garnish with green coriander.
Take out in a serving bowl and enjoy Masala Oats.
