  • 8 - Bread slices 
  • 3 potatoes 
  • 1 cup gram flour 
  • 1/2 tsp jeera 
  • 2 green chilies 
  • 1 tsp ginger finely cut 
  • 1/2 pinch asafoetida 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder 
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried mango powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves 

gram flour mixture 

  • 1 cup (200 grams) gram flour 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp chili 
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain 
  • Water 1/4 tsp 
  • turmeric green chutney 
  • oil (for frying)

Method


1 First you have to take the utensils, Now you have to put 150 grams gram flour in the pot. ¼ turmeric powder, and ½ tsp chili powder, and ¼ tsp ajwain, and salt to taste. Now mix all these spices, and add half a glass of water in the vessel, mix the spice

2 Now dissolve the spices with a spoon and leave it for 10 minutes after making it slightly thick. So that the mix masala becomes slightly thick and the gram flour mixes well.
4 Now you have to mix spice powder in the crushed potatoes and at the same time you need two finely chopped green chilies and red chili powder, the amount of red chili powder should not be too less and not too much. Also add a little amchur powder, so that the bread pakoda can get more flavor. Salt as per taste and green coriander leaves, you have to do all these spices in a vessel. You can mix all these in one vessel.
5 Now mix these ingredients in the pot, and make potato chutney in gross. Now the masala is ready to make your bread pakoda.
6 Keep in mind that you do not have to mix onion with all the spices, because if onion is already mixed then it starts leaving its water.

11. Now you have to pour hot oil in the thick gram flour kept for bread pakoda. Mix the hot oil in gram 
flour.
12.After all this, now take two breads. And apply tomato ketchup on them. And also apply green chili sauce on the second bread.
13.Now you have to put the potato masala prepared by you in the middle of both the breads. And place it evenly in the middle of both the breads.
14.Make a sandwich by stuffing potato masala in between the two breads.
15.And the sandwich has to be cut from the middle with the help of a knife. So that their shape becomes triangular.1
16.Now dip the sandwich in gram flour and apply gram flour on all sides towards the sandwich. , Friends, now you have to put the sandwich in oil after soaking it in gram flour.
17.Remember the oil should be very hot and reduce the flame when you put the sandwich in the oil.
18. Now you have to fry the sandwich in oil, now you can increase the flame. Within two minutes you will see that the bread pakoda has been made.
19.Now you can take it off. Don't keep it in oil for a long time, because by keeping it in oil for a long time, bread pakoda becomes oily and also becomes crispy, which does not look right to eat.
