 Malpua: Malpua, or sometimes shortened to pua, is an Indian sweet served as a dessert or a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. Malpua or Apoop is a type of dish made from flour, khoya and sugar. Malpua is a type of pancake that is served as a dessert at the end of a meal or as a snack. Preparation time – 15 minutes Cooking time – 55 minutes    Serving 3 people Ingredient wheat flour 3 bowl  Semolina 1 bowl  sugar 1 cup  Cardamom powder 1 tsp  cream 1 tsp  Fennel powder 1 tsp  milk1 glass  Oil 500 grams (for frying) Rabri 1cup Method  first of all, mix wheat flour and semolina well in a bowl.  After getting this, add cardamom powder and fennel powder to it and prepare its batter with the help of milk.  When it is ready, we have to add cream to it and beat it well so that no lumps are formed in it.  When the batter is ready, keep it aside.  Now we have to make sugar syrup for it.
