  • Rabri 1cup

Method

first of all, mix wheat flour and semolina well in a bowl.
After getting this, add cardamom powder and fennel powder to it and prepare its batter with the help of milk.
When it is ready, we have to add cream to it and beat it well so that no lumps are formed in it.
When the batter is ready, keep it aside.
Now we have to make sugar syrup for it. For this, put one cup of sugar and one cup of water in a vessel and start boiling it.
We have to prepare one string sugar syrup.
After this we have to fry Malpua.
For this, start heating oil in a non stick pan.
Keep in mind that we have to heat the oil properly. Otherwise the malpuas may break in the oil.
After the oil is hot, we have to drop the batter in the oil in a stream with the help of a small spoon.
And it has to be cooked well till it turns golden in colour.
Similarly, we have to fry the malpuas on medium flame and dip them in sugar syrup.
We have to soak them for 5 minutes so that the malpuas can easily absorb the sugar syrup.
After soaking the sugar syrup, it is now ready to eat.
Garnish with nuts and eat it. also Garnish with Rabri.
You can also serve it with tea and breakfast.
