Asian Lime Edamame

The ideal appetizer for an evening gathering, the Asian Lime Edamame will have you brazenly licking your fingers. It is appetizing and pungent, interesting and sweet-smelling because of the straightforward blend of salt, honey, soy sauce and lime juice. Fast tip: it is an incredible solid nibble since it contains low cholesterol and are a magnificent wellspring of protein, iron and calcium!

Asian Lime Edamame

Ingredients

Serves 4 people
500 g frozen edamame in pods
¼ tsp + ½ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp salt(for boiling)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp sesame oil2½ tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp garlic slices fried
water

Cooking Instructions

Boil edamame
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt. Cook the edamame in the boiling water until tender, about 5 min.
Drain.

Season edamame

Add the honey, soy sauce, pepper flakes, sesame oil, lime juice and ¼ tsp sea salt to a large bowl.
Stir in the edamame and top with garlic flakes and an extra sprinkle of sea salt and red pepper flakes.
Garnish and Serve!
