Easy and Quick Pancit
Pancit is a classic Filipino Recipe. It’s a quick and easy stir-fried rice noodle dish with a savory sauce, pork and vegetables. also with chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles is easy and delicious. It will remind you of island fiestas!
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package dried rice noodles
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast meat
- 1 small head cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 carrot, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 lemons - cut into wedges, for garnish
COOKING METHOD
1. Place rice noodles in a huge bowl; cover with warm water and let mellow for 8 to 10 minutes. Channel and put away.
2.In the mean time, heat oil in a wok or huge skillet over medium-low intensity. Add onion and garlic; cook and mix until onion is delicate, around 3 to 5 minutes. Mix in chicken, cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage starts to relax. Throw in noodles and cook, blending continually, until warmed through.
3.Move pancit to a serving dish and trimming with lemon wedges.
