Material
- Tinda - 250 grams
- Garlic - 100 grams
- Onion - 2 big size
- Coriander seeds - 4 teaspoons
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
- Kalonji - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel - 1/2 tsp
- Whole red chili - 2
- oil - as required
- salt - as per taste
- Curd - 1 tsp
- ½ tsp gram flour
Method
- To make Bharwan Tinde, first roast and grind all the dry spices like cumin, coriander, kalonji, fennel and red chilies.
- Wash the shells thoroughly, separate their skins and separate the seeds from inside with the help of a knife, making a space in the middle of each shell.
- Prepare a coarse paste by peeling garlic and onion thoroughly and fry this paste well by adding some oil in a pan.
- Add dry spices to it and add dried mango powder.
- Step 1 Roast and grind all the dry spices like cumin, coriander, kalonji, fennel and red chilies.
- Step 2 Peel the kernels and separate the seeds from inside with the help of a knife, making a space in the center of each kernel.
- Step 3 Peel the garlic and onion and prepare a coarse paste and fry it well.Cook until the masala leaves its oil. After the spices are lightly roasted, add ½ tsp gram flour and fry it with the spices while stirring.
- step 4 Add dry spices to it and add dried mango powder. Stuff all the spices well in all the tindas one by one.
- Step 5 Pour oil in a pan and place all the tindas one by one in the pan and cover and let them cook.
- Step 6 When the tindas are cooked, add 1 spoon of whipped curd to it.
- Hot tindas are ready, enjoy them.
Suggestion
- You can also take ½ lemon juice instead of dry mango powder.
- You can add salt and red chili as per your taste.
- You can also add roasted gram flour. If you want to add onions to this vegetable,
- then add a finely chopped onion after roasting the cumin seeds and fry it till it turns light red and then make the spiced vegetable in the same way.
